Have just made a huge mistake. Baking a Christmas cake using an old recipe which is in degrees F and i set the temp in degrees C!! Have realised after one hour of what should be 5 hour cooking time in total. Covered cake in brown paper to stop burning.
Temp requirement was 125C for one hour then 105c for 4 hours i set 220C for one hour and now have it at 100c
Any suggestions of how long should leave it Or have a lost it?
