Curdled Cheats Lemon Gateau
I made the Cheat's lemon gateau, using double amounts and poured the lemon juice in one go and it's curdled! Carried on making the cake but you can see clumps of what looks like butter. Shall I throw it out or will it be OK to eat? Anything I should do? I put it in the freezer since it's to be eaten in 6 days. Should I have added the lemon juice slowly?
