Cock au Vin
Hi Lindsey I am planning to try Delia's Guinea Cock Au Vin which requires 1 pint red wine. I don't take alcohol in any form and wondered if I could substitute with a good quality chicken stock without seriously affecting the outcome or should I look to do something else without such a large input of alcohol which reduces the damage limitation to the overall flavour.

PS Watched our lovely Delia in the recent Andrew Marr interview. She looked and sounded great and I agree with everything she said.
