

I regularly make Delia’s Summer fruit terrine. But the recipe uses powdered gelatine. Can you please give me the equivalent using sheets?

I would check the instructions of the packaging because they can vary but…
Usually 1 sachet of powdered or 4 leaves (from a supermarket) will set a pint of liquid so as this recipe needs 2 sachets you will need 8 leaves.
