Hi, made the mincemeat about a week ago, didn't stir enough while it was cooling, now it looks like the sugar is "liquidy" in the bottom of the jars, just wondering if it'll be ok? As long as it doesn't seem to ferment? Or look or smell off. Thanks for your help. Mezzie
