It’s the same as this recipe except for the pre soaking you use
350g prunes (chopped), 225g raisins, 225g currants 110g peel & 50 g cherries, 50g chopped almonds and the zests of an orange and a lemon.
The spices etc. are the same but instead of all the different alcohols just use 275ml Armagnac to the fruits with the water instead.
Then the flour, butter eggs & sugar are the same.
