Dear Lindsay. I have often made the cheese and parsnip roulade for my husband and daughter, I actually use Double Gloucester because sage derby can be a bit too 'sagey' and because I forgot what cheese Delia has suggested whilst out shopping !! It's always a success and enjoyed. My question is can I use frozen breadcrumbs in this recipe?please?
