In reviewing the recipe for the Damson and Cinnamon Muffins I have one question regarding size. I see it states 6 large muffins. Would these be large muffins baked in normal standard muffin 12-count cupcake tins or are these large muffins using the extra large 6-count muffin or cupcake tins as sold by Wilton for example. I just need to know which ones to use as plenty of standard muffin tins are in the kitchen but the 6-count are in a bin in storage as I don't use these very often. Just imagine the giant cupcake pan which bakes at least 6-inches in diameter. It would be a fun experiment to see if a giant muffin, like this recipe, worked baked in that pan. I imagine both halves would need to be filled. I envision a giant cupcake with both halves being "glued" with jam or preserves rather than buttercream frosting as for a cupcake. Imagine calling a table full of children to breakfast table telling them, "muffin for breakfast". Eyes would open very wide in great wonder contemplating if one child gets this muffin. Then everyone shares it. Wouldn't that be fun......
