Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

I do not have a question but wnated to send both you and Delia Seasonal Good Wishes and for continued Good Health during the pandemic with some hope now there is a vaccine.
Also, I wanted to share with you and Delia how much I enjoy the advice and guidance you provide throughout the year but even more so at this time.
I have already cooked my cake and mince pies, also for the first time did Etty's sausage rolls (as we are vegetarians I used Linda McCartneys fresh sausage but added the onion and sage) deliciously.
The main offering at Christmas and I have yet to find a more delicious alternative the Parsnip Sage Roulade with all the trimmings and sauces, this year a slight change we are having a starter as we have a bubble guest so as they are not veggies we are having the Arbroath smokies mousse and for dessert Elizabeth Acton pudding with sauce. I never have to worry with Delia's recipes as I know they are foolproof and I have never been let down. So we will raise a glass (or 2) on the Day to you both and wish you nothing but the best!
