Worried about undercooked Christmas Cake
Hi, I had a go at making my first ever Christmas cake about 10 days ago. I just bot it out to feed it and cut a little piece out underneath in the middle to check it and I'm pretty sure it isn't cooked through. I cooked it for just over four hours in my fan oven at 115c and thought it was springing back when I tested it. It looked great but now I'm worried that I have raw cake in the middle.Is there anything I can do to rescue it at this stage? At the moment I feel like I need to start all over again.
