The brandy in Delia's Mincemeat

For the first time, I have made my own Christmas Mincemeat this year, and decided to make Delia's recipe. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I had to put it in the oven for 3 hours that I realised that I had included all of the brandy with the other ingredients, as opposed to cooking the mincemeat and then adding the mincemeat afterwards. I have put it in the oven any way, as I thought I may as well give it a go, but do you think it will be totally ruined?
