Making a gluten-free Christmas Pudding
Can i use gluten free stout in a gluten free Christmas Pudding instead of sherry? I make the Christmas pudding every year but need to make it for a gluten free person this year. I would have thought that using sherry instead of stout and barley wine would change the taste a lot. There are a few gluten free stouts on the market. Would this work? In your recipe it says to use the same ammount again of stout if you dont have barley wine. I could use gluten free stout instead. What do you think?
