I’m about to make the Classic Christmas cake, the temperature is 140c, due I reduce it for my fan oven?

Generally, we would recommend reducing a conventional oven temperature by 20 degrees when using a fan setting, but as Delia’s Classic Christmas Cake is baked on the lower shelf, I would suggest 115C with a fan setting for this particular recipe (any shelf).
