Salted or unsalted spreadable butter?
Spreadable butter. With the lurpak, do you use salted or unsalted in the cakes? I ask as a few years ago I unwittingly buttered a pudding basin with a salted spread when doing a steamed pudding and it didn’t taste too good! So if using salted, in say a Victoria sponge, does the saltiness come through at all?
