I would like to make Delia's Gingerbread Puddings With Ginger Wine and Brandy Sauce in one large pudding basin, instead of 6 small. Is this possible, and how long would I need to cook it for? Ideally, I would like to cook it in my slow cooker, as I do with Delia's Christmas Pudding every year. How long would do you advise I cook it in the slow cooker for? Thank you.
