

Hi, I bake Delias Christmas cake for the family every year, and family take chunks away when they visit. Its a great recipe. This year, it is likely that family won't be able to travel to visit. Can you or Delia advise how I could make small Christmas cakes, which have the same depth of flavour, but which I could box up and post to a few family members?

Have you thought about doing them in an 8 inch square tin and cutting them in the way that Delia does in her Irish Whiskey Cakes? The same works with Creole or Classic.
