I’m having trouble making a bread baguette!
It spreads out and doesn’t rise properly! I have used
A baguette mould to make the second and final rise,
But it still spreads out!
I would be grateful for any tips.

Yes I was talking about the video! Delia shows how to make baguettes with the same bread dough but it still spread out! I have tried it a couple of times and

Hello Angela,
Our French Bread are a simple version of the classic. If you want a narrower stick, I’d divide the dough into three and bake the third on a separate sheet or shape and bake it after the first two.
