

Hi - I have cooked the traditional Christmas pudding in my slow cooker for 12+ hours on high and it has now cooled down. When I put a skewer in it to test , it came out a little moist although pudding feels firm - is this ok . Will be reheating it again in my slow cooker on Christmas Day. Many thanks!!

I can’t say I’ve ever tested a Christmas Pudding with a skewer but ‘feels firm’ and a ‘little moist’ inside sounds like it will be perfect.
