Pressure Cooking the Pudding

Hello. The Traditional christmas pudding requires a first steaming for 8 hours. Is it possible to steam in a pressure cooker, and if yes, for how long?

Hello Janos,
I’m sorry but Delia doesn’t use a pressure cooker so we do not have any guidelines.
I think it will be best to refer to the manufactures instructions or a recipe in a pressure cooker cookbook for the same size pudding.
