Preserving pan in Australia

Firstly, I SO MUCH commend you for taking this step to teach online at no cost - blessings!
Recently I watched you make marmalade on TV and admired the preserving pan you used. Would you let me know what brand it is pls? Also, do preserving pans have a thicker base to prevent scorching? There aren't many in Australia to choose from.

Dear Lindsay,
Thank you so much for the link; I'll put in an order. I'd been looking in catering supply stores and department stores, without success, as well as googling.
I'm now 70 yrs of age and like many oldies, consider myself a pretty decent cook, but I've been delighted to still learn a thing or two from Delia.
For example, in her marmalade video - her trick of placing the pulp & seeds in a muslin bag and squeezing it out manually - never seen that done before. Also her salad dressing episode where she mentioned it's better NOT wash the lettuce was inspirational - once you think about it! Mind you, I still soak my silverbeet leaves overnight - they firm up beautifully.
