I am making the Pappardelle with Wild Mushrooms and Tallegio as a vegetarian option for a lunch party. At the end of the recipe it says this can be made well in advance. Does this mean make up until the cooking time, then keep until ready to cook, or you can cook it then warm it up?
I think it means make up in advance until cooking stage, but just want to confirm

Yes, you’re right.
You can prepare it in advance up to the point when it’s ready to go in the oven.
If longer than a couple of hours ahead I’d cover and refrigerate.
