Planning to marzipan the Christmas cake

Well it is almost upon us and I’ve four of Delia’s Christmas cakes ready for the marzipan and icing. But could you do some maths for me?
How much almond flour would I need to cover one cake - top and sides?

Hello Kevin,
I think you’ll need about 800 – 900g of marzipan for a 20cm cake.
