Perfect Tea Loaf
hi. baked very fruity irish tea cake for the first time following all in the recipe, apart from reducing temp in a fan assisted oven to 160 degrees.
top was a little firm to cut and maybe not as moist as i would like. it was nearly perfect but not quite.
should i moisten with a second tablespoon of milk,reduce baking time by 5 minutes or perhaps put a foil hat on for last 30 mins to save top becoming too hard.
just needs tweak to be perfect.
