Perfect pudding!

I am making the traditional Christmas pudding - can you advise how should the blanched almonds be added ie chopped and what size etc.

Hello Sharon,
The almonds get chopped. They can be fine or coarse but we like them a bit on the chunky siuce so you get some visible pieces of nut in serving.
