Hi. I had trouble with the choux pastry. I followed the recepie and method to the letter and they came out over done. Any help apart from the turn the oven down?

These recipes have been tested and followed many times so it could be your oven, but not necessarily ‘to just to turn it down’, it may be that your oven is running high.

Are your using Fan or Conventional heat?
Do you have an oven thermometer?
