You have a recipe for Foil Baked Whole Fresh Salmon with green herb Mayonnaise on line. You say to cook for 2 1/2 hours! This cremates the fish and ruined my friends New Years Eve dinner party. Don't you test the recipes or know fish needs to be cooked for a much shorter time? I am appalled that this goes out in Delia's name and having worked with her my self as a Home Economist, I am sure she would be too, remembering how accurate she was with her recipes which were tested over and over again. Please rectify asap. Not everyone knows how to cook fish and relies on a recipe. My friend was so embarrassed she had followed the instructions for the fish weight/cooking time to the letter, she sent all her guests flowers to apologise! Hope you had better food for your NY!
