1: Are oven temperatures for fan forced or standard.
2: What weight is a large egg.

Hello,
All of Delia’s electric oven temperatures are for conventional heat. When using a fan oven it is recommended that you reduce the given temperature by 20 degrees.
A large egg (with the shell) can be between 63g to 73g. We like them to be nearer 73g.
