Oven ready turkey
Hi Lindsey
For Delia' s roast turkey recipe, the weight is 6.3kg oven ready. Does that include the weight of the stuffing? If so what is the weight of the turkey?If not then do I weigh the bird including stuffing and then calculate the cooking time?
