Orange Cheesecake with Strawberries

Dela's recipe Orange cheesecake with strawberries from Family Fare 2 a BBC series in 1974! The recipe states 3 fluid ozs concentrated frozen orange juice. This is no longer available and I wondered what I can replace this with? I really loved this recipe and would love to recreate it.

You’re not the first person to ask this question.
Unfortunately it seems that concentrated orange juice is a product that is no longer available in the UK.
We haven’t tested this, but the last time we were asked Delia suggested that the orange zest should be increased 2 large oranges but don’t boil it, just add the fresh zest to the cream cheese with 2 – 3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice.
