Mincemeat looks exactly as it should

Hello Lyndsey, The second batch of mincemeat is now cooked and cooling ready for the jars but more importantly looking exactly as it should. I must have looked at the recipe at least 10 times but obviously not “read” it. Thankyou once again for your help and I wish you all a very Happy Christmas whatever form it may take in this very strange time.
