Hello Lindsey as part of my cookery marathon post Covid restrictions, please can you help me with the frollowing:
Four Star Salad - I cannot source French garlic sausage, can you suggest an alternsative or can I omit. Also I wish to serve as a "side" rather than a main. Can you suggest a main that would commpliment rather than overwhelm.
Iced tea - what tea does Delia use?
I think Mattessons Smoked Sausage will work. The hint of garlic if you can get it, if not their original smoked sausage.
It would work well alongside cold roast pork, chicken or a perhaps a tart like Quiche Lorraine or Deep Onion Tart.
We don’t drink much iced tea but we like Chash Breakfast Cuppa and Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire Gold.
