Hi Lindsay - do you think I could cook these fish cakes in the oven or do I need to fry them? If I need to fry them do you think I could fry them in advance and then just reheat in the oven when my guests arrive? Thanks so much

Hello,
You can quickly fry them to brown them on both sides in advance. Cool them, cover and chill.
Then cook them, spread out on a baking tray, at 200c (180 fan) for about 8 minutes until sizzling hot.
