

I have recently been diagnosed as coeliac!! I am Italian so this is very hard! All family traditional recipes!! I have cooked all my life starting with my mum, Delia Smith and various other favourite cooks!
Christmas was always Italian tradition and combined with the Delia's Christmas - like my bible!
Can I just substitute rice flour or a gluten free flour and make the Christmas cake anyway??
I have had delivered from Italy ALL the variant gluten free flours and mixes because I haven’t enjoyed what I have found in U.K.? Have the Vickery book. But just not the same to what I am used to.
Any recipes gluten free Christmas and ps Yorkshire puddings. I will be grateful for.

We tested all the recipes in Delia’s Cake book and 90% of the them worked really well. The fruit cakes were particularly successful. Just substitute the ingredients that contain gluten for GF alternatives.
We do not have a GF Yorkshire Pudding recipe but I’ve seen some very promising looking recipes online so I’m sure you’ll find one that you like.
