I want to make you Easter Simnel Cake in a smaller pans. Ideally I would like to make the full recipe and s-lit it between two found five inch pans. What adjustments would be necessary?

I would make the 8 inch recipe in two six inch tins. I think the same quantity will go into three 5 inch tins.

The temperature stays the same. I’m not sure about the time because we haven’t made one that small but I would check at 50 minutes and if its not ready, check every 10 minutes after that.
