What do I add to make self raising whole meal flour? As far as I know it doesn’t exist in this part of the UK. Would be helpful if the books listed the ingredients to add to ordinary whole meal flour.

Hello,
To make our own self-raising flour we mix 110g plain flour with 1 level teaspoon baking powder.
I haven’t tried it with wholemeal flour but I would do the same.
