Do you have any tips for making jam from FROZEN raspberries? The jam seems fine when I put it into jars, but then develops a layer of liquid once opened. Tastes delicious but very sloppy!
Many thanks

Hello,
I find raspberry jam is quite sloppy too even when we use fresh raspberries. We make raspberry and redcurrant which is better as the redcurrants help it to set. However, I’d still describe it a soft set.
