I am making the Mulled Wine Sorbet.
Do I strain the liquid to remove the cloves and strands of citrus peel?

Your right the recipe doesn’t say to strain it but I think it would be good to fish out the cloves, but don’t strain it as I’m sure the fine citrus zests are supposed to stay in.
