Making muffin sized Christmas Cakes!
Am loving this question and answer section of the website. I have another question for you. I'm making a second batch of Delia's traditional Christmas cake, but would to split the batter into cupcake/muffin tins instead of one big cake, am thinking of giving them as gifts. Is this something that can be done and if so how long do you recommend I bake them for? Thanks again.
