My family and I love Delia’s strawberry baked cheesecake from the summer collection. How can I make them into mini cheesecakes? Change in ingredients and baking temp and time?

I can only give you my best guess for this one!
I think the recipe will probably go into a 12 large hole, lined muffin tray (you bight need a bit more of the biscuit base mixture) and I’d do the same temperature for 15 – 20 minutes then check they are set around the edges, and I think it will be better to removed them from the oven to cool. Then chill before removing from the tin.
