Making Festive Sugar Plums ahead

Reference the Festive sugar plums. Because the fruit has been cut up and orange juice added, there is obviously a shorter 'keeping' time than if the dried fruit were left whole. Could you let me know what the recommended keeping time is; do they need to be kept in a fridge, or is an airtight container sufficient. thanks.

Hello,
The will keep for a week in an airtight container in a cool place but not the fridge.
The sugar is likely to absorb the moisture and loose it’s frosted appearance but you could roll them in the sugar just before serving.
