making Dairy Free Panettone Pudding

Steamed panettone pudding with Eliza Acton's punch sauce. I want to make this but need to do it dairy free. Can I substitute coconut milk? And what can I substitute for the double cream?

I would use 425ml almond milk to replace both the milk and cream.
