Dear Lindsey. I’d like to make Delia’s Choc Truffle Torte but can’t find Golden Syrup. Can you suggest a like for like alternative - honey? I wouldn’t like to make it and find it doesn’t really set as it should.

If you can’t get liquid glucose you could make a sugar syrup using equal parts of sugar and water and use that instead.
