

How can I adjust the traditional Christmas pudding recipe to use in the Silverwood 2pt (1 litre) ball mould?
Alternatively, using the recipe as it appears in the book how can I put the appropriate amount in the mould?

We haven’t tried using the spherical pudding tin but this is what it says on the Silverwood website…
Generously grease both halves of the mould and line with greaseproof paper. Press the mixture into the lower mould, and pile up until you have formed a rough dome shape. Apply the top half of the mould, making sure that there is space on the top of the mixture to allow for slight swelling during cooking.
