Making a smaller squidgy chocolate cake
Hello Lindsey I was looking for an idea for a small gooey cake I could make for my husband's 80th birthday - because of Covid restrictions there will just be the two of us and someone suggested Delia's Squidgy Chocolate log but made into a small (say 6") cake. I don't know how this recipe has escaped me all these years!! How long would I need to cook the mix in a 6" tin and would leftover mix cook as mini cupcakes and freeze.
Alternatively what size round tin would be suitable for the recipe?
