I would like to scale down Delia's recipe for Sherry Mincemeat Cake to a 6 inch round tin size to give to my elderly parents - a full size cake would be too big for them. Can you help please?

You can make half in a 6 inch tin. I’d do 2 medium eggs and probably cook for 1 ½ hours.
