Smoked Salmon Tart. I'm making this for lunch tomorrow but realised I only have a 10" quiche tin. Will I need to adjust the pastry (or just roll it out thinner) and do I need to increase the filling? Many thanks. Eileen

If your tart case is shallow you may get away with that but as a rule, I would double the recipe if I’m going form an 8 inch to a 10 inch tin of the same depth (i.e. 4.5cm deep in this case).
