Making a larger Creole Cake

I would like to make a round 9 or possibly 10 inch Creole Christmas cake ( not sure of guest numbers yet) - could you kindly give the adjusted ingredients required.

I would do a 6 egg mixture for a 9 inch or a 8 egg mixture for a 10 inch.
