Making a larger Boeuf Bourguignon

I am making Delia's Beef Bourguigon casserole. I will need to double the recipe (i.e. 4lbs of braising steak) as it is for 8 persons. I know that 2 of them always want second helpings!
I will be using a very large Le Creuset casserole.
How long should I cook the casserole?
As long as you bring it up to simmering point first it will still take 2 hours in the oven (or gently simmering on the stove).
