Hello Shirly,
Presumably you have the 2 heart tins?
You need to work out the liquid capacity of the tin to calculate how much mixture you need.
If you want to let me know the capacities, I can help you work it out if you like.
Kind regards
Lindsey
Hi Lindsey
Thank you so much for replying to my question. The volume is 2 litres to the rim for the 8” heart tin and 4.6 litres to the rim for the 12” heart tin.
Kind regards
Shirley
Hello Shirly,
I would do either…
a 3 egg mix for the small tin and a 7 egg mixture for the large.
Kind regards
Lindsey
