Hi, can I convert the Chocolate Fudge Cake recipe from a sandwich tin to a loaf tin? What changes would I need to make to the ingredients to make this work?

Hello Kate,
I would try 2/3 of the recipe (ie 2 large eggs) in the Delia Online loaf tin. (or a traditional 2lb loaf tin or 1lb Silverwood tin).
